Here’s another hand-lettered illustrated quote from the Gratitude Journal for kids, which I designed and illustrated. Nothing says Kids Journal like country legend Willie Nelson 🙂
Ok, maybe lots of other things might come to mind for kids’ journals before Willie Nelson, but this is a great positive quote from him.
I don’t really know much of Willie’s music – the main song I can think of is “On The Road Again”. That song reminds me of a great trip to New Zealand I had in my yoof with some of my pals. We went from the tippy-top of the North Island to fairly far south in the South Island. Lots of driving. And every time we got in the car we sang the first few lines of that song.
The journal is printed in black and white, so I have a couple of variations as well as the colour version. You can see the black and white and grey versions below.
