This is a little sneak preview of one of the new pieces for an illustration exhibition opening next Friday 28th April.
“Beasts and Books” is a joint exhibition of new illustration work by my friend and fellow illustrator @oliviagoldenillustration and me!
The exhibition is launching as part of the @towersandtales children’s book festival in Lismore Castle, Co. Waterford.
All of my pieces for the exhibition revolve around classic and one or two contemporary books that I love.
Can you guess who this guy might be? (Obviously the title of the post gives this away 🙂 )
This book was published in 1894 and has been made into a movie several times including one of the most charming and beautifully animated films ever.
