Launching on the 13 May, the National Print Museum and dlr LexIcon invite you to the opening of Blot’s Marvellous Historical Guide To Printing Books Exhibition.
The exhibition celebrates the history of printing books. Curated by Dr. Angela Griffith and illustrated and designed by me.
Travel with Blot through time and learn about Gutenberg’s amazing printing press and how it changed the world and so much more …!
We are also celebrating the 2nd print run of the book, also called Blot’s Marvellous Historical Guide To Printing Books, which is very exciting!
I’ll be showing kids how to draw Blot and tips for drawing your own characters.
The workshops are free and any book lover of any age is welcome to come and join us on the fourth floor of the LexIcon in Dún Laoghaire.
The exhibition will continue for 6 weeks, so if you can’t make it tomorrow, we will miss you, but we hope you will come and see it another day.
