This is a little sneak preview of another of the new pieces for an illustration exhibition opening next Friday 28th April.
“Beasts and Books” is a joint exhibition of new illustration work by my friend and fellow illustrator @oliviagoldenillustration and me!
The exhibition is launching as part of the @towersandtales children’s book festival in Lismore Castle, Co. Waterford.
All of my pieces for the exhibition revolve around classic and one or two contemporary books that I enjoyed.

The patriotic speeches of his idiotic school teacher lead a whole class of boys to volunteer for the army. Needless to say, things do not go well.
This book was published in 1929.
